1. Overview

Event Intelligence is a digital membership service. Despite the name, there is no physical location or book-lending system.
Upon subscribing, you will gain access to a growing digital collection of downloadable ebooks and online courses, which are curated to support educational engagement across all age groups.

2. Membership & Access

Your subscription grants you access to the available content via private membership links.
Content includes a variety of downloadable ebooks and online courses. New resources will be added regularly, with a pipeline of over 150 new titles to be released throughout the year.
Access is for personal and non-commercial use only and must not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

3. Fees & Payment

All membership fees are final and non-refundable once paid.
No trial periods, partial refunds, or cancellations are available once access has been granted.
Pricing is clearly stated at the point of purchase. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept the non-refundable nature of the service.

4. Digital Delivery

As a fully digital offering, no physical products will be shipped.
Upon successful payment, you will receive secure access to the content via a private link or portal.
Nothing needs to be returned or physically managed – all learning is self-paced and accessed digitally.

5. Content Updates

New content will be added on a monthly basis.
The platform reserves the right to update, replace, or remove content as needed, in order to keep the offering fresh, relevant, and aligned with the mission of supporting lifelong learning.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Event Intelligence remains the intellectual property of its respective creators or licensors.
Your membership grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for personal learning purposes only.

7. User Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your membership access.
Sharing login credentials or download links with non-members is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund.

8. Modifications to Terms

Event Intelligence reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the effective date noted.
Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
